“Das Haus ist etwas älter, aber charmant und geräumig. Der Pool ist schön und groß, das Sprungbrett gibt es aber leider nicht mehr. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und perfekt gepflegt. Zum kleinen Borgo kann man zu Fuß gehen. Dort gibt es ein schönes Restaurant. Leider Liegt allerdings die Autobahn in Hörweite und Sichtweite, es rauscht rund um die Uhr. ”

“Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor……

The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet.”

“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Casolare rustico, accogliente con piscina privata. Propietaria simpatica e disponibile, consigliato per chi voglia rilassarsi lontano dallo stress della città. La notte si vede un bellissimo cielo stellato e un sacco di animali selvatici come volpi, istrici e tassi. Un vero angolo di natura.”
