“Great vacation spot with kids”

“I have stayed here many times both for business and family vacations and I love it. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Most of all: the staff are amazing!! Kudos to excellent customer service from the front desk staff to housekeeping and beyond. Keep up the wonderful level of service! The only remark I have, is that the property can use more landscaping for beautifying and more lighting and seating outside for the ground level rooms. They have such beautiful and relaxing views but……

“Een heerlijk verblijf, goede locatie op loopafstand van het centrum Kralendijk, rustig kleinschalig complex met fijne voorzieningen. Heerlijk zwembad. Zeer gastvrij en goede service. Vragen worden meteen beantwoord en verzoeken snel ingewilligd. ”

“Nice, clean unit in a great location. Staff friendly and very responsive with clear communication. Pool is clean, nice size, shallow / deep ends. Only complaint is that fridge is smallish but ok in size for us, however would have liked for there to be a freezer section (ice for our drinks, ice cream, etc), I’m happy we had noticed this before doing our grocery run as otherwise would have been quite disappointed. ”

“Ruime kamer direct aan het riff met goede duik en snorkel opties. Tevens 2 restaurants met 1 bar. Meerdere plekken om te chillen in of uit de zon met vriendelijke personeel. Enige minpuntje is dat de kamers wel wat aandacht verdienen alles werkt en is schoon maar is duidelijk vaker gebruikt”

“The place is new and tastefully decorated, two problems made my stay not so pleasant: lack of WiFi (despite the fact that there was WiFi it NEVER worked and I had no phone connection in the premises) and the place was infested with mosquitoes , they would need to use some candles or other methods to rid the place of the bugs- the common space was very nice but I never used it because of the mosquitoes ”
