“This was a house On a very high hill right off Main Street in downtown Guntersville. Some of the house has been updated like the kitchen. But bathrooms need lots of renovation to them. Parking was great with a ramp in the back which made unloading/loading much more easier We could not get the gas stove to work. And the microwave was installed for a very tall person. . ”

“Strange experience with this rental. Arrived in the dark, no instructions to key box, no lights on, entered and found a hole in ceiling in family room with stuff hanging off the ceiling. No information provided about WiFi, I had to message the host and waited a couple hours before receiving a response. Master bed had some kind of plastic bed cover over mattress crunched every time you’d move, towels in master bath were paper thin, miss matched, floors and stove were dirty. This house is not……

“We brought a boat so we could fish when we weren't playing baseball in Albertville. Perfectly situated near a boat ramp, with the house having a good setup for up to 6. Water was hot, AC worked good, house was clean and just as advertised. We'll stay in this home again instead of a hotel when when play on the lake, or in Albertville.Most of our 19' boat fit under the carport, and if you can handle backing a trailer down a multiple lane boat ramp, you won't have a problem with the driveway.11……

“We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. ”

“We had 6 adults with us. The house is extremely clean! There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and relaxed. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The owner was easy to communicate with. We come to Lake Guntersville every year but usually stay closer to Scottsboro. We are all really glad we decided to stay in Guntersville this year.
