The beautiful 4000 sq-foot lakefront home has incredible views from all rooms, and 2 huge decks as well as wood-burning fire-pit overlooking the water (bring plenty firewood - it would be great experience!). Our home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths (Master has Jacuzzi Tub), Family Room with gas stove and large 60"TV, Living Room with wood burning fireplace and 65"TV, modern kitchen with new appliances, Full basement with TV/Pool Table/Foosball and Darts. All 5 TVs equiped with Amazon firesticks. On the outside, beautiful firepit overlooking the lake. Pre-filled gas grill on large deck with wide open view to the lake. Long and winding dock perfect for launching boat, fishing and swimming. A paddle boat and 2 person kayak awaits for your enjoyments. Paddles and lifejackets provided. We are located in a 4 Season Fun Filled Community. Boating, Swimming, Fishing, Canoeing and Kayaking in our 250 acre lake. Daily pass available for purchase at HOA office - Enjoy the Olympic sized heated pool, horseback riding, tennis, mini-golf, arcade, fitness center and etc (subject to HOA changes at masthope.org) . Excellent golf course 17min away. Walking trails and leaf-watching awaits at fall. Skiing/tubing in the winter right in the same community with significant renters discounts.

Children are welcome. Please note no smoking, drug or parties on the property. No pets, except with owner permission.

Please note each lease includes up to 10 persons. Additional individuals will be accommodated with additional cost.

Pls return paddles, lifejacket to the storage cabinet under deck, so next family can enjoy, clean and orderly.

Please kindly remove shoes at the door - to help maintain clean and comfortable living in the house.

Please check in the Community POC upon arrival and obtain trash passes. Please check out the POC when leave.

Please note community trash compactor opens daily from 2 to 6pm. Please remove them regularly to avoid checkout rush and wait.

In general, pets are not permitted for all renters' benefit. However pets can be accommodated with owner agreement.

Please also note, this property is on its own private water front, that has access to fishing, boating, swimming and sight-seeing over water. Guests are entirely responsibly for the safety of his/her respective parties using these facilities. And please pay full attention to safety and caution, particularly young children and elderlies.

In addition, gentle reminder, HOA prohibits Firework for public safety.

Our Ski area is a great place to learn to ski or snowboard. We have patient and fun instructors who work hard to help you succeed. We also have a variety of terrain, allowing you to gradually progress but also allowing your friends and family who may not be beginners to ski or snowboard more challenging terrain.

You're going to love the view, the service, the ambiance, and most of all...the food. Our restaurant in the beautiful mountain lodge boasts a state-of-the-art dining room, with a warm and inviting setting, spectacular views, and a dedication to detail and friendly service.
The Summit Restaurant is open to the public year round with special events and live entertainment. We are a smoke free facility.
We also have a gorgeous banquet room on the top. We offer several banquet and wedding packages, to fit your needs and budget. We offer on-site capability so we can host your wedding ceremony right here. We go through the whole process with you, so you never feel that you're all alone. All of this combined with a panoramic view of the mountains, you'll understand why we are the best kept secret in the Pocono's.

The Market Place is new and improved! Each day unique lunch specials are offered, prices starting at $4.50. New and exciting choices will be on tap every day to tantalize your taste buds. Just need milk? Since no one likes taking a long drive off the mountain just for milk, the Market Place now offers gallons of milk. Be sure to also check out the weekly cold cut specials. Call in your order at (570) 685-9412, and they'll be happy to have it ready for pickup. Otherwise, browse the aisles and check out the new inventory, everything from automotive to plumbing and more. If you don't see something on the shelves that you would be interested in purchasing at the Market Place, let us know by putting your ideas in the suggestion Box located in the store. Arriving daily from Defilippis Bakery are freshly baked donuts, Italian bread, and cookies, just to name a few. Expecting company, but baking's not your thing or you just don't have the time? Again, we'll be happy to make your life a bit easier. Give us an order two days prior for pies, cakes, and pastries. We'll place an order for you and have it ready to be conveniently picked up at the Market Place. What's coming next? Be ready for sandwiches by the foot, enticing platters, and perhaps some of your very own suggestions.
The Stables at Masthope – (570) 685-4427
Masthope stable staff cares for a herd of approximately 20 horses that are ready to go with pony rides, trail rides, arena rides and private lessons. Daily rides are available all summer and a modified schedule is available throughout the rest of the year. Winter arena and pony rides are available during regular stable hours. Private riding lessons are also available year round. Please keep in mind that long pants and closed toe shoes are required for all types of riding. Riders should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended. Please take one of our flyers found around the community or check the Weekly Messages for more information. Please don’t forget to bring the children down to see our petting zoo. All rides can be booked in advance by calling (570) 685-4427.
The Fitness Center at Masthope – (570) 685-5978
With a room full of fitness equipment, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what we have to offer. Yoga, Zumba®, Cardio, Stretch and Classes, Yo-Wei, Women on Weights, are just to name a few of the classes we offer. Personal trainers are also available for those who need an individual private touch.

The Beach at Masthope
Masthope offers a spectacular view of Westcolang Lake while relaxing on our beach. Boating, fishing, water skiing and swimming are just a few leisurely privileges you can enjoy on the lake. You can also take pleasure in our playground, volleyball court, bocce ball court and new Beach House.  The new Beach House is available for activities and special events throughout the year.  During the summer the Beach House serves as a full-service facility with food service, bathrooms with showers, and is available to support evening indoor or outdoor activities.

Hours are extended during the summer and during holidays (check Masthope Weekly for special hours). During school delays on Monday & Wednesday due to inclement weather, the compactor will open from 9am to 12pm. Bulk trash is accepted during POC administrative hours and must be paid for in the Administrative Offices before dumping.
