Brand new to luxury vacation rentals!  This is that perfect waterfront retreat that has *everything* you're looking for. Meticulous Farmhouse charmer on 1 acre boasts 150' of flat waterfront!  Key weeks of summer open!  Private dock with boat lift (6,100lb capacity) and diving board. A huge green yard for the family to run and enjoy.  Located in Laclede, you are15 minutes to downtown Sandpoint.  You'll love the furnishings and attention to detail in this home. Outside, the massive covered deck makes al fresco dining easy and there's an additional sitting area by and outdoor fireplace.  Large hot tub to enjoy year round. Schweitzer Mountain is a 30 minute drive away (just 19 miles).  Ideal home for the families and the luxury traveler who enjoys the custom craftsmanship of a well built home, situated on 1 acre.  Views, privacy, amenities - this is a perfect location for your next vacation.

**Note:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

Perfect for multi generational celebrations

The house was perfect for my large family. Plenty of space to gather together and plenty of space to be alone. The kitchen had everything from coffee, spices, paper goods. The welcome gift for my birthday was an unexpected and most appreciated surprise! The view , the corn hole game and kayaks were spectacular. Everything was perfect
