Large totally renovated home in Weir’s Beach, ready for your vacation! Next door to our VRBO property 2831428 that sleeps 7, so large groups can book both homes at the same time if available. This home sleeps 11: spacious master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with twin bunk bed, 4th bedroom with full size bed; first floor living room has a self-inflating queen air mattress. Fold-up twin bed available for use on either floor. All new large kitchen- great for family cooking, new appliances. Dining table for 8 plus seating for up to 7 at counter in same area. New furnishings throughout, plus games, books and foosball table! 3 full baths (2 on 2nd floor, 1 on 1st). View seasonal fireworks from the large outdoor back deck with table, chairs, gas grill; outdoor games. Cute large covered side porch for those rainy days or just to enjoy morning coffee. Large yard for kids to play, firepit, outdoor games. Loads of paved parking for boat, trailer, cars.   Enjoy live indoor and outdoor music from venues around corner. You are near all of Weir’s Beach family-friendly activities and restaurants and only steps away from the Scenic Railroad, Mt. Washington Cruises, Tiki-boats, Penny Arcades, and the public beach. Pond Hockey Classic Weekend!

This is a beautiful home with a large kitchen/dining room area to gather with friends. Plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked with whatever you may need. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you for sharing yoru home with us!

Awesome home near Weirs Beach

We stayed in Christine’s home for a bachelorette weekend and it was great. The house was clean and spacious, with a plethora of items for our use which was very convenient! This home is a very short walk to Weirs Beach and the pier, which was beneficial and allowed for us to not travel by car much this weekend. This is one of the best rentals I have been in and would stay again.

Beautiful Home!

Our stay was wonderful. Christine is the perfect hostess, responsive, accommodating and above all prepared! Anything you may need is available. She even gave excellent suggestion for the area on where to eat and what to do! Hit up zip lining at Gunstock nearby, the kids loved it!

Best place by the lake

The house was amazing! There were so many included details that helped make our stay incredible- the wagon, the fire pit, the foosball table! The first thing everyone said when they walked in was how great the house was and how impressed they were that I found it! The house was clean, Christine was responsive, and they had everything we could need in the perfect location.

Great house, great location

Charming older, very clean and well equipped home. You can always tell when an owner is thoughtful about the guest experience - this is definitely one of those owners! Literally right around the corner from all that Weirs Beach has to offer. My teens and their friends had a blast hanging out at the beach, arcades, pier, etc...

This was our friend group’s first time in the area and this property is the exact place you want to stay. Walking distance from everything you could want out of Weirs beach, spacious/cozy/clean house, and the host was accommodating and so incredibly kind! Great Place and Host!

Our group had a great time at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open floor plan so everyone in our group could interact with one another. The host, Christine, did an excellent job of being communicative and helping us in the weeks leading up to our stay. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

Great location especially for summer

An older home that’s been remodeled which is charming for those of us that love older homes. If you are a light sleeper, just know that the steps and floor creak with every step. Everyone in our group remembers those days as kids and going to a grandmothers house with wood floors. We could tell everyone good night from our own rooms. Just like the Waltons (iykyk). Two of the bathrooms are a bit small. Again it’s part of the era of home. One suggestion I have is a small bedside table or stand in the rooms that don’t have those. Added bonus was the apple tree was ready and picked a few. The location is perfect to enjoy the Weirs Beach area in the summer. It’s definitely walking distance to the waterfront. Even in October there was a lot of activity that went on later in the evening. You can definitely hear all the fun going on on the Main Street. So again if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.

House in Laconia near Weirs beach

Cute, spacious, clean house near all of the action Weirs beach and boardwalk have to offer. Live music and great food within walking distance, including Mt Washington Brunch and Dinner cruises. Large yard and parking area were a bonus. We would definitely stay at this home when visiting the area in the future.

Wonderful family getaway.

Wonderful Winni Week

My family enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week at the lake. The house was comfortable, very clean and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed to cook and serve our meals. The live music from the neighboring bar was delightful on Saturday and Sunday but then the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful the remainder of the week. We loved the central location to the popular spots and much enjoyed morning walks on the Weirs beach boardwalk. we absolutely would return for a stay in the future!

Truly a home away

We found the house to be fully equipped and immaculate. There were 10 of us, with 3 under age 5. The flow of the house and yard allowed for everyone to find a place and activity to enjoy. It was walking distance to Laconia features and even the rock band playing during our first afternoon added to the ambiance. We arrived on a very hot afternoon and found the AC and fans on, creating a perfect climate., This welcome demonstrated the thought and attention to detail that made our stay perfect for all of us. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our two families. The house was in a perfect location with great activities for the kids around the corner at Weir's beach and others a short drive away. The living area was open and worked very well for all of us to hang-out comfortably.

Awesome house and location

My family and I stayed here July 17-24 2022. The location was great, close to the boardwalk ,beach, restaurants and stores. The pictures don't do the space justice. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, the dining and livingroom are also well laid out. We did not feel crowded even when all 11 of us were in the house. The front porch, back deck and fire pit were all great spaces as well. The beds upstairs were all comfortable except the bunk beds, they could definitely use better mattresses. If it is just young light weight kids sleeping on them they would probably be ok, but I slept on the bottom bunk and it was very uncomfortable. I would have slept on the pull out queen sofa but when we went to set it up there was tape across it saying "DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE". The legs appear to be broken. So that was a bit of a disappointment since it is listed as one of their queen beds available. There were plenty of beach towels but only one bath towel & wash cloth for each guest for the whole week. There is a very nice washer and dryer available, but it would have been nice not to have to wash towels daily. I believe it says there are enough beach chairs, but we could only find 2. It worked out because 8 of use drove there and brought our own chairs. My mom recommends a clothes line to hang wet suits and beach towels. The internet would randomly cut out, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for anyone who might have to work while there. The biggest issue we had was the refrigerator wasn't working. Thankfully their rental, next door was empty and we put our food over there. A new refrigerator was delivered on Tuesday, but someone had to be there and wait for delivery, it changed our family plans for the day. We also had a problem with the junction box in the attic and lost AC and light and the two bedrooms on the south side of the house. We were able to run extension cords until the problem was fixed. But again it required someone being there. Chistine was VERY responsive with trying to get these issues fixed as quickly as possible. She lives in another state and wasn't able to come and deal with the issues directly. I was given a very small refund for our inconvenience. We all feel that having a property manager, close by, to deal with issues at her rentals would been ideal. Overall we LOVED our vacation there. We would all go back and recommend staying there

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We spent 3 nights here with 2 families- 4 adults and 5 kids. A fantastic amount of space, short walk to the beach, all the amenities we needed! Thanks for letting us stay!!
