This beautiful home has a Large INDOOR Private POOL just for the property renters. Minutes away from Gunstock Ski Resort, panoramic Mountain Views!! A short drive to beautiful sandy Ellacoya Beach. Enjoy your own private resort with all the amenities you can imagine including large Indoor Swimming Pool, large deck with plenty of chaise/chairs, whirlpool, Sauna & Steam room to spoil yourself. The pool room's huge windows treat you to beautiful mountain views.
A pub with built in bar, large TV and Indoor grill for those chilly nights adjoins the pool area. Picturesque views of the mountain ranges and partial view of Lake Winnipesaukee will take your breath away.
Rolling lawns, gardens and a private pond (not for boating/swimming) with beautiful sunset views accent the sprawling 37 acres land with 7000+/- square foot tastefully built one of a kind Home. It is centrally located in NH within couple hours of ride from Boston or an hour from Southern NH. It is also minutes away from Laconia airport, other state parks, beaches, lakes, Ski resorts and a short drive to numerous other hot spots destinations the lakes region and White Mountains has to offer year round. Fall foliage is unsurpassed here and seasonal activities abound! It's a great space for multi family getaway, group gatherings, family reunions, board retreats, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, girls weekend or a fun unique experience vacationing in NH. This home is perfect setting for any event. This gem comes complete with 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 kitchens, one overlooking the pool with bar seating on the pool side and the other in the main house.
A huge dining room with large field stone fireplace can entertain 16+ guests with additional seating for 8 in the adjoining room.
A 30X30 family room with Large TV can be your center of socializing, offering one of the best views from the property. Additionally you could relax in the front of another field stone fire place next to pub or in the game room with pool table and other board games.
The pool, the pub and the game room open up to private large patios with plenty of seating area for dining while grilling out, for making S'mores, enjoying the nature or just relaxing and reading a book! Additional amenities include Flat screen TV's, Wifii -high speed internet, cable, multiple speakers with Bluetooth to hook up your MP3, 2 bathrooms with jetted tub, fully equipped kitchen, and many more fun stuff to explore around!
Please NOTE: The pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 73-75 degrees minimum using a De-humidification recycling system & the whirlpool is set at 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Best House for Family Ski Vacation in NH

Massive 7,000 sq ft. super cool house close to Gunstock that felt like we rented an entire commercial lodge. Bedrooms and baths for everyone, large indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna, bar area, game room, and huge fireplaced dining room with seating for 20! Kids were ecstatic and we had the best time. Winter getaway

Stayed for long weekend with family! Plenty of room for all! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Very close to skiing great for seasoned skiers as well as new beginners. Must remember to book lesson ahead of time and also ski rentals.

Family reunion/ski weekend

This home was a perfect setup for our family reunion ski weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight of our nights! Having 2 kitchens was great. We did have some ants come visit us in the pool kitchen everyday of our stay but it didn’t interfere with our fun. Highly recommend a stay at this property!

My siblings, our children and their families spent 5 days at this wonderful home. The house and the grounds are amazing. The pool was a huge hit, the kids spending most of their time there. The owners were responsive and pleasant to speak with. We would definitely rent there again.

Family Gathering

Amazing Rental Home for our Holiday Gathering! The spacious size of the home is a true family resort!The indoor pool and spa area sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and exercise equipment in clean & good working condition It is well used by our group - water volley ball, doing laps and water aerobics with snow covered mountain views is the best The age of my group is 80 to 12 years old -3 generations Everyone keeps voting to return I have just booked for our 3rd visit for 2025 we are not the Waltons but it amazes me what everyone young and old loves the most about this home is the Dining Room with the extra long dining table were we can all sit together for meals. The kitchen is used by the Chef in our group and produces amazing meals egg Benedict & prime rib etcThe dining room opens to a large Living Room with spectacular Mountain View & comfortable furniture for movie nights -another Family Room on this level with another long table to play board games & puzzles with a comfortable area to read and another office area -oh -and a TV yes this room is that large.( there are many TV's through out the house On this level - there are 5 comfortable bedrooms split between the Family Room - 2 on one side 3 on the other so some adults can have a quieter sleep area. On the lower pool level there are 2 more bedrooms, a large entrance common area to store our winter gear And another big game room with a bar and another kitchen that has a bar opening into the pool area! This Home is a Gem!

Great property for large groups

We had a three day Christmas celebration with our family and it was the perfect place for 18 family members ages 10 to 77 years old! The amenities kept everyone more than happy. There were also three enormous areas that could accommodate the entire group at one time! We would highly recommend this property!

Unique property, great for family reunions

We had a great stay at this property for a family reunion / 80th birthday - it was perfect for our group. The indoor pool was fabulous for our group as we had six kids who basically lived in the pool all day. So highly recommended but just know what to expect. Only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because for a property at this price level, the details weren't really there. Major pros: - Pool / pool area - LOTS of living room space to "hang out" (basically 3 full-sized separate living rooms - Very large dining table seats 16+ - Two kitchen areas for lots of cooking / fridge space Cons: - Bathroom layout is a bit tough. While there are 5 bathrooms listed with the property, two of them are in the pool area, so there are really only 3 shared bathrooms for the 7 bedrooms and none of the rooms have an en-suite / dedicated bathroom. Not a dealbreaker by any means but it was unexpected / a bit awkward at times given we had older people in our group who can't just run off to another bathroom easily. - Kitchen supplies could use a refresh. Getting rid of a bunch of stuff and spending $50 at Home Goods would go a long way. Lots of "copies" of certain things (e.g. I think there were 3 blenders) but almost none of others (e.g. only one mixing bowl, no hand mixers, no hand towels, no dry measuring cups, etc.). - Inconsistent bedroom quality (some bedrooms were terrific, comfy pillows, etc. and others felt a bit like summer camp). All in all, it was great for our group

"Senior" Birthday Getaway

The location is exceptional. The pool area, steam room, sauna, and total recreation area were amazing. The pool temperature (air and water) was good for this time of year. The consistent 4 foot pool depth made it great for a community water volley ball game. (*We are all over 65) Having 5 "king bedrooms with three bathrooms in three different areas of the house allowed the entire adult group comfort and privacy. We also made use of the 2 bathrooms near the pool. The extra large living room on the main floor has a beautiful view and plenty of space for all. In addition the owner was very supportive of our needs and quick to communicate.

Amazing home for large group

We loved our stay at this home. The space is amazing and perfect for a large group. We rented this home for a family wedding held at Gunstock. The location was ideal. All of the appliances in the main kitchen look new and top of the line. The pool area is nicer than many hotels. We will drfinitely come back.

Family summer vacation

My mom takes me and my 2 brothers’ families on vacation every summer. There are 14 of us. It is very difficult to get everyone together because most of the kids are now adults. I found this wonderful home which is only 2 hours from home. There was plenty of room for everyone and the indoor pool is amazing. The location is 3-5 miles to everything. We would recommend this house to anyone. Our host Malini is wonderful. She answered all questions and check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you again Malini.
