“No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice.”

“The best stay that I have had in Malaysia. I stayed in a few hotels but this establishment was the best. From being very peaceful and serene to the amazing hospitality of all the staff I truly felt the most relaxed here. The staff go that extra mile and more to make you comfortable. They took time out to drive me to a medical facility when I was unwell due to my medical conditions. No other establishment would do that. I was treated with care and respect for the entirety of my stay and I also……

“No room cleaning on daily basis until check out which means that the towels are the same. No toiletries given, toothbrush and toothpaste. General liquid for soap and shampoo. The jug given is dirty, unwashed. No fridge to store food. No view because the front is another building with workers who live without drawing the curtain. The bed is comfortable and can sleep peacefully at night. The water, air conditioner and wifi is good.”

“This is the worst homestay I've ever stayed in. The whole house is full of dust. There are a lot of ants, and even cockroaches. The air conditioner is not cold. The bed and sofa look like they were picked up from a garbage dump 30 years ago. If you think I am exaggerating, I suggest the owner go to sleep before refuting me. The toilet walls are moldy!”

“It's not a luxury stay but an run-down loft unit. Incomplete amenities, e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, water filter even though feedback to the host, nothing was done. Cleanliness is not up to par and the unit condition is not well maintained. Ended up checking out and book another hotel.”
