The condition of the room—particularly the bathtub—was extremely disappointing. It was very dirty, and when I asked the manager to have someone clean it, I was told that no one was currently available. Both the manager and staff were unhelpful and quite rude.
I called the reception to report the issue and asked if someone could come up to see the condition of the room. They responded that they were very busy but would send someone shortly. However, after waiting for over an hour, no one showed up.
When I eventually went down to the lobby, I found both the receptionist and the man I had previously spoken with sitting idly, using their phones—clearly not busy. After some insistence, the person who called himself the manager reluctantly came with me to the room, where I showed him the visible hair and dirt in the bathtub. His response was that all the rooms are old and not in great condition.
This level of service is unacceptable, and the response I received only added to the disappointment of the stay. I went for breakfast in the morning, after I ate, they charge me $16, and said that the breakfast was not included in the room fee, whereas I checked it with the receptionist when I checked in the day before!! Apparently, she forgot to mention it!
