“First time doing a bed and breakfast and Elsa’s Place did one hell of a job setting the bar high for any future B&B stay. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was solid. I could live off the berry parfaits they made for breakfast. I was a bit apprehensive about booking here since it was not in New Orleans proper but after the first night there I was positive the correct choice was made. “The place was absolutely perfect! Frenchman st was just around the corner. Location, customer service, friendliness, cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional. “Our first visit to NOLA for Mardi Gras and we couldn't have stayed in a better place, It's location in the Marigny district was perfect and the whole neighborhood is perfectly charming in a New Orleans way. Our room was very comfortable and Federico made an excellent breakfast for us every morning. This BB&B is amazing.”

“It was difficult to get the check in info but got it just before we arrived. The house has charm. Not much seating for the group. Cookware is unusable and couldn't wash dishes. Mia is great but needs a different cleaning crew”
