Villa Marrakech is an impressive holiday villa affording a prime location in central Carvoeiro, near fantastic restaurants, bars and Carvoeiro beach. Marrying its traditional Algarve architecture with the comforts of a modern villa, this exceptional property right in the heart of Carvoeiro is sure to be an excellent choice for your family holiday.

On the first floor of the villa you can find 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an intermediate study upon entrance to one of the bedrooms, and a lounge area by the spiral staircase leading down to the living room. A spacious balcony provides space to relax with a drink and an exterior staircase also allows access downstairs.

On the ground floor is the 4th double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom), a guest W.C., a charming and spacious living / dining room with a wonderful brick bar and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dining table.

Outside, the property provides a lovely oasis with a garden and water fountain, private swimming pool, dining area, BBQ and wood oven. There is also a laundry room and games room with table tennis.

The property is completely walled and fenced and there are 2 entrances on 2 different levels: the front door is on the 1st floor from the top street and a gate allows entrance from the ground floor on the parallel street below. 1 parking space is reserved for the property in front of the gate.

Villa Marrakech has an unbeatably central location in Carvoeiro. Here you can relax in total comfort whilst being only a short drive away from an excellent golf course, only a short walk away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, and some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches, where you can enjoy water sports activities. Carvoeiro Beach is the closest to the villa (approx. a 5-minute walk away), where you can find wonderful restaurants, water sports activities and a little further on, the Carvoeiro Boardwalk takes you on a delightful trip above and through the coastal caves.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
