“Enjoyed our time here, very oldy worldy charm about the place. Loved the pool area especially. Maria was very sweet and although they were in the ajoining property they gave us our privacy which we appreciated. Would happily stay here again 😊”

“Large condo in a beautiful setting with romantic views of ocean and tree park. Very safe area, walkable. Parking right in front of condo. Would have been good if property had coffee, laundry detergents, and dishwashing detergents for immediate use at arrival and for a short 3 day stay. Google maps Presa Moura to another location so watch out!”

“Overall the property and location were good. However, the villa would benefit from some "routine maintenance" which would have given it 5 stars from us. When we arrived, the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it and 3 days later, they took the old one away and left us with nothing for the rest of our stay. When we used the sink to hand wash the dishes, it leaked dirty water all over the kitchen floor due to poor plumbing. One of the air conditioning units needed maintenance as it sprayed ice……

“Le logement est bien situé avec terrasse extérieur et parking privé, le secteur est calme , a deux pas de la plage et a proximité des commerces, restaurant , bien desservi. Également bien situé pour visiter dans la région.L’accueil par Elena est chaleureux et reste disponible pour tous renseignements.Le logement est ancien, il pourrait être modernisé, sans chauffage , il peut être frais et humide selon la saison. ”

“Overall the property is spacious, well stocked and in a perfect location. Also games and tourist books were appreciated It was a great place to be and we enjoyed it. The view from terrace exceptional. It felt very much like home.There are a few things to consider:1. There is a very loud karaoke bar a few streets below, and it does effect sleeping in front bedroom. My kids decided to check out the bar and they estimate the decibel level at 110. 2. The fireplace does not have a flapper so smoke……

“Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man für ein Badeurlaub benötigt.Sonnenschirm ,Strandliegen und Strandspielzeug für Kinder. Lediglich Badetücher für den Strand sollte man selber mitbringen. Im Badezimmer findet man sogar Sonnencreme und andere Pflegeartikel, wie auch Zahnbürsten und Waschutensilien.Wer im Urlaub auch mal gerne kocht, kann die vorhandenen Gewürze und Öle nutzen. Zur Ausstattung der Küche gehören u.a. sämtliche elektrische Kleingeräte, wie auch……

“Beautiful little home right on the sea. So many advertise sea view, this home is truly on the sea with beautiful views from the windows as well as rooftop terrace. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire stay was wonderful, from the home to location, and host, it was everything we could ask for and more! Thank you! We hope to be back next year.”
