“Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten São Miguels anzusteuern. Der „Garten“ ist eigentlich eine wunderschöne, gepflegte Parkanlage mit alten Bäumen, Blumen und toller Vegetation. Wir waren zu zweit im Haus, sodass die zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock abgeschlossen waren. Dennoch durften wir die Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk nutzen, von der man einen tollen Blick bis zum Meer und Ponta Delgada hat. “Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y hemos estado muy cómodas. Por el anuncio creíamos que sólo tenía una habitación y un sofá cama y nos alegró ver qué tenía dos habitaciones muy espaciosas. Equipado con todo lo necesario y detalle de bienvenida muy de agradecer. No hemos conocido en persona a los dueños, pero han estado atentos a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar Está en un pueblo tranquilo, cerca de Ponta Delgada y con una ubicación excelente para salir cada día hacia una ruta……

“A great location with easy access to the entire island, and nice to be away from the crowds. If you prefer to be closer to locals than tourists when you travel then this is a great location. The home was welcoming, and great for our family with kids (9/11/13). The retracting balcony doors with ocean views were amazing. Initially the parking was difficult but after a day we figured out where a few of the hidden little lots were if we could not get close street parking, never more than a few……

“This is a lovely home with direct ocean access in Lagos, Saõ Miguel. Antonio, the owner, met us a check in, and gave lots of good information about the house and the neighborhood. Throughout our 2 week stay, he was easy to reach and very responsive. The house was clean and well maintained; it is ideal for a large family with sleeping space for up to 10. Antonio is rightly proud of this house, which was used as the family summer home in his youth. I would highly recommend this as a wonderful……
