“We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Amara suites, caterer's court. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. It was centrally located for all sites in central Lagos, Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki. The staff was very helpful and the check-in was smooth, starting with a complimentary airport pick-up. We felt secure in the compound with adequate security. It was a home away from home. The gym was well equipped . The only complaint is lack of towels cleaning tissues in the gym.”

“The pillow cases on the pillows did not look clean. It appears a guest must have checked out before I was allocated the room and housekeeping did not bother to change them. They looked worn out and very used. Same with the towels. They looked overused. There was dust on a side table attached to a standing floor light in the room”

“The staff said I had a meal and was billed to my room when I didn’t. I had to pay for a meal neither my guest nor I had. ”

“We had to wait outside for hours because they locked the premises due to them owning water bill. After a few hours it was opened and the room we were given didn’t have a locked door, the attendant didn’t even bother to ensure we were comfortably put in another room, she just went to seat down somewhere, we literally had to go look for her to sort us out. The pool was dirty on arrival, it was after a day or so was it sorted. The open space by the pool had a lot of rubbish, like a lot, just by the……
