“The property is beautiful and you can literally scuba right off the back stairs down the cliff into beautiful turquoise water. Our particular unit was a bit deceptive as there was no way you could sleep upstairs because of the heat even with the ac on. We just opened the sleeper sofa downstairs. For the price it was all we needed. Management and staff very responsive. ”

“Very comfortable safe clean apartment type resort. Filled with everything you need for your stay, or can find 5 minutes away at a large grocery store. Central island location making it ideal to explore all areas of the island. Rent a car, you need it. Staff is very attentive and friendly, stopping by regularly to check in to say Hi, or ask if anything needed or offer suggestions of things to see, do or dine. 2 centrally located pools to cool off, you need it, Curacao is hot. “We had a wonderful week stay. House and property are immaculate and super well maintained. So many amazing outdoor sitting areas for great indoor/ outdoor living. Loved all the iguanas, and birds. Ocean was tough for us to go in off the house ladder our week, but quick drive to many beautiful beaches that were calm enough for us to snorkel with our 10 year old. ”

“First of all, although the Jan Thiel area overall is nicer, as a resort Blue Bay is great. It’s nice, safe and close to town. The check in experience was the worst: they weren’t expecting us (even though their own print out said check in on the 16th, they had written 17 on the paper). The property manager was quickly cleaning the unit (it wasn’t dirty but maybe not used for a little while). Worst of all they then told us that at the mid point of our stay we would have to move as somebody else……

Going through the property security to get to the villa was seamless every time. We enjoyed staying at this vacation villa and would absolutely recommend it to others.”

“Well-appointed inside and out, especially the huge deck where we enjoyed meals, happy hour etc! The excellent snorkeling at Blue Bay was a PLUS, and we enjoyed drinks and snacks there. Many friendly kitties roam and visit you IF you want them to! Villa perfectly located for visiting other beaches or trips into Williamstad. We will be going back!”
