The staff was so amenable to our needs. When I registered online, I told them that my wife and I have a difficult time walking and that we would be most comforatable with as little walking as possible. I was told not to worry, and that we would be accomodated. When we arrived, I was surprised to get the room only 4 steps from the office. But, what really helped us was the offer to keep our car next to the room in the handicapped space for our entire stay. That meant that we wouldn't have to walk down to the valet area. We were both so impressed with the service.

The ocean view is amazing!! you are essentially on the beach. The price is decent for what you get. Having basically 24/7 access to the beach was the main reason for staying here. However having to pay an extra fee for a microwave is ridiculous. Many other hotels provide you with one with no additional cost. It also makes no sense how the hotel doesn’t provide you with a washer and dryer. If you are planning to go to the beach just get your swimsuit wet and nothing more because you will be sitting with a lot of dirty laundry until you check out. Another con is that there is only valet parking for the sum price of $45 a night. If you have money to spare go for it, but if you don’t, there’s a hotel right next door that provides free parking. Staff was friendly just a bit lost. Overall i would come again to see the view but not for staying long.

Air conditioner in my room was screaming loud. They sent someone down to fix it who did get it half as loud but it was still really loud. Came back from my job to find my room door open. Cleaners didn't close the door properly but it didn't close right so I don't blame them. Luckily nothing was missing. hand rail going up to the room were rusted through. 45 dollar a day valet only parking bothered me as well. Never a good surprise. View was incredible from my room. Property doesn't appear to be being maintained

The room I booked was a two bedroom non-ocean view room was marketed as a three star and looked comfortable and somewhat updated in the photos that were listed. The room I got was a disgrace . The beds were new and clean, but everything else was completely dilapidated. It had visible stains in the ceiling, dirty furniture, cabinets that were falling off the hinges, laminate floor that was coming up, very dirty grout in the kitchen, was worn overall and shabby and not as described. There was no way I was going to stay in this room. I had to pay to upgrade to the ocean front room, which was great and honestly reflected the photos that were shown of this hotel. But I feel deceived for not given what was pictured and forced to pay more as the original room that I was given was not acceptable. It was one star not three.

My room was not cleaned properly beds were slept in and bathroom was dirty. I found a bra in the bathroom as well as full trash cans, and towels on the floor. This was very disappointing to see especially for the price of this room.

It’s.great older property. You cannot beat the location and the staff are very accommodating. If you are looking for a beachfront stay in Laguna, this is a grat option.

The hotel is in a great area but we found our room to be very outdated and had an ant problem throughout the stay. We called to have them take care of the ants in our room (they were in the sheets) and no one came so we had to call again hours later and someone finally came to take care of it and it stopped in that room. But then the ants were in every other room the rest of the stay. Also, if you have kids, I recommend staying on the lowest level as the balcony was rotting away at the base on the 3rd floor so we didn’t let our kids go near it.
