“This property is sunny, clean, safe and easy access to many of the wonderful treats about ABQ! The bed is VERY comfortable.The condo has all the amenities I needed. The one small issue I had was handled promptly, and successfully with a very nice maintenance person. I have enjoyed my stay and I am rebooking for Balloon Fiesta! “Good location and overall a pleasant stay.Back yard was not used but there were tumbleweeds, trash, and the sitting area was not too inviting but it was windy when we were there. There aren’t lamps in some of the rooms so plan on keeping the main light on if you’ll be needing any kind of night during the evening and night time. Coffee maker is a Keurig which is fine but bring pods as there are none in the home. Home is spacious and lots of sitting room. Appreciated the friendly neighbors and……

“My stay here was great. I loved having use of the large kitchen. However, the house would only sleep one person or a couple comfortably. The couch is small and would maybe work for small children. I would stay again when traveling alone or with my husband. ”

“You can't get a better location in Old Town. Literally, just walk out the door. It was exceptionally clean, especially for a historic building, down to the smallest details. The decor includes original art, indigenous artifacts, and fun elements on the walls themselves. The beds were very comfortable and I slept quite well. The owner is nearby, friendly and an all around great person.If I return to Albuquerque, I will definitely stay here again. You can't go wrong chossing this property. ……
