Check-in was smooth, but once I got to the room, I discovered the AC wasn’t working—appears the AC door sensor is damaged. I reported it, but no one came. Shortly after, the entire resort lost power. Once power was restored, I followed up multiple times about the AC, and each time I was told someone was on the way. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up until the next day after talking to a different front desk employee. I was very frustrated I even sent a email. I could have saved money and stayed at a cheaper hotel with better service and amenities.
