Welcome to Hale O Ho'okipa which translates in Hawaiian to 'House of Hospitality'.

Truly one of the nicest ocean front villas in the Kapalua Bay Villa Resort! Some make this claim without conviction, but we have provided quality photos and a professionally produced video tour to give our guests the most accurate prospective we can offer. Please take the time to watch and view!

This villa has been professionally designed and has undergone a $500,000 transformation that is extremely custom and unique with quality furnishings and high end works of art. Great stay at Kapalua

The condo unit is very nice. Convenient location and super views from the 2nd floor bedroom. Main floor has nice views and is right next to the pool area if you enjoy being next to the pool. Kitchen well appointed. The unit is very well maintained. Easy parking. One late afternoon we watched whales from our balcony. Super communication with the property manager. Great check in and check out experience.

Amazing villa in beautiful surroundings

Well appointed unit with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for a family or two couples with their own separate suites, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Also very quiet area - fall asleep just listening to waves. Beautiful views everywhere you look, great for whale watching and walks to several nearby beaches. Fully stocked kitchen for making your own food, if you fee like it. Nothing was missing from a perfect experience.

Wonderful stay at a gorgeous property!!

The view is unmatched, and the amenities are perfect. We got to Maui a little earlier than expected, and we were able to get in and get settled in perfect timing. It was a very short walk to the beach and our kids had a ball. We will be staying there again for sure.

Amazing stay at amazing location

Property is just as described. We could see whales out the window and it was just a short walk to Kapalua Bay which had great snorkeling. The condo was fully stocked and had tons of room for our family of 5 including all the beach gear you could need. Would def stay again!

Spectacular view

The property is beautiful and amenities are first class. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of the ocean with sitting area. The only negative for some may be the master bedroom is an open balcony to the living area and offers little privacy from other guests.

Amazing stay in Kapalua

We stayed here with our three young kids and had a blast. The space was very nicely finished, the kitchen was well-stocked, and beds were comfy! We loved being so close to the ocean and the pool is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Beautiful views in spacious light-filled condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. Views of the ocean and waves are spectacular. Easy access to the coastal trail and beach made for pleasant early morning walks. Condo was decorated tastefully. Large place to comfortably stay with others but we loved having it all to ourselves.

Breathe taking Views

The villa was beautiful and clean and the views from the first and second level were priceless. The villa was fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The property management was always available and responded in a timely manner. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property. Great location.

Great location, great views of the ocean, close to beaches like DT Fleming, Slaughterhouse, kapalua bay, Napili and great snorkelling in Honolua. The house was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. Expensive as expected in Hawaii. The spiral staircase is a little tricky for small kids. Would happily stay there again.

Spectacular!

Dave is absolutely tremendous to work with. The property is clean, recently updated, and I can't imagine a better VRBO on Maui in this price range...heck, ANY price range. Far enough off the beaten path where you can get some peace and quiet, and yet close enough to the action where you can be in the middle of it with a 15 minute drive... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Fantastic property and location

This is our 9th year and 4th unit booked at Kapalua Bay Villas. All have been excellent, but this was without question the best of all 4. Fantastic property, well decorated throughout, kitchen well equipped with all that anyone who cooks would ask for. Amazing views of the ocean, indoor and outdoor dining areas in the unit both excellent. Bedrooms and bathrooms better than even in the pictures. Dave, the property manager, was very responsive when we need to chat. This is a 5 star unit without question!!
