“I booked this accommodation via Expedia and it indicated a 3.5 star Hotel. Golden Grain Motor Inn definitely exceeds this rating and should be considered a 4-star or more. I together with my family , though just an overnight stay had a great experience with this Hotel .From the time of booking , till check out ( they also accommodated after hours check in for us, which was very convenient, to a very neat, clean and comfortable room including buddings and amenities , everything was superb.……

“Nice adult only place however mornings not so good when one person rises early and other still sleeping as shower over spa bath in corner of the main room. Thank goodness for earplugs and eye mask to help with water noise and light.”

“Lovely cabin, looked a little dated as all we could book at late notice was the economy option but everything worked as it should. Great location in the centre of Halls Gap with the canyon walls as a backdrop. So easy to reach restaurants & bars. Climbs through the rocks of varying difficulties. Facilities clean and plenty of wildlife to watch. We will come back.”

“We have stayed for one night with my family. Room is little bit aged but still keep in good condition. 3 minutes drive to the Halls Gap town and fully equipped kitchen. Host is very nice and pre-heat the room before we arrive. He also show me the alpacas at the farm in the next day morning.”
