“Overall hotel is clean and tidy. Some suggestions for improvement: -Add hook for hanging towel/clothes at the bathroom -Since there is no shop in nearby hotel area, if possible hotel room provide snack/cup noodle (charge to room bill upon used) -Breakfast food is sometimes not hot and should be heated constantly e.g. porridge”
