Family meeting for mom

The location was excellent and exactly the size needed for many family members. The cleanliness and accuracy of the vrbo ad was a bit off. I understand properties near salt water etc, have some issues, but I don't think the living room had been dusted in a few months, windows hadn't been cleaned. (we couldn't even see out of them), tv screen hadn't been dusted. Where we were supposed to get extra towels and sheets, (the game room) was under construction, so that didn't happen...and if you are expected to throw a load of towels into the washer as requested in your welcome booklet, you should supply laundry detergent. When we realized that there were very little extras, we had no problem buying and leaving, coffee filters, coffee cups, (so there were enough for everyone to have coffee in the morning) dish towels. Overall, a totally awesome stretch of beach. Very private and quiet. Great table for family meals and games.

Misleading VRBO, NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

First of all, the house was very dirty. I dont mean just one room was dirty, the floors were dirty, the kitchen sink was dirty, dust topped the nightstand in the bedroom with king bed, there was an inch of dust on tv and table in livingroom area. There were no washcloths in the house, not the kitchen or bathrooms. The photos were very misleading, the game room was not usable and only had a foosball table with no balls. Nothing else in the game room. Roaches were everywhere from an inch to two inches in length...they greeted you at the door. There was no dustpan to even sweep the floors with. The hot water tank is nowhere close to keeping up with 10 guests. I would not recommend this home to anyone!! I am very disappointed with the stay here.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was 9 of us and we were all comfortable. You can literally walk out the door down to the beach where we had so much fun with the boogie boards. We loved that we weren’t in Honolulu with the big crowds although we did go into the city for a day and had an amazing time. The only negative I would say is the pictures are very outdated. The house needs some maintenance and the furniture could use updated but other than that it was awesome!
