Guest parking on premises for 2 cars, guest may use any of the bedrooms of course with permission of the renter of course, guest may use all of the amenities that the community has to offer as well as restaurant access, swimming pool,lake, tennis courts, workout gym,ski Hill and golf course. Pre registration of all guest must be done 72 hours before guests arriving. Last minute bookings within 48 hours have a $100.00 late fee for last minute guest registration that the homeowners association collects.
