Unfortunately we arrived at a time where they were having a staff shortage. The premises looked unkept and in serious need of remodeling. At least the building we stayed in. We waited for hours for our room, and with hungry and tired kids, that's not a good thing. They were accommodating in providing a discount due to our patience, but in all honestly, and as much as we appreciated it, not somewhere we will be returning to. First of all, our walk to our "cabin" was riddled with junk items or it appeared that a storage shed was cleared out and dumped on to the walkway. The wooden fence door also looked like it was falling down. The rooms were "rush cleaned" and the microwave was disgusting. We did not report that as they already had taken 4 hours to give us our room. Under the bed was a mess and found some dirty laundry from the previous renters. Beds were not comfortable and when further inspected, the wooden middle posts under were broken. So the beds sank. We were just staying for one night and everything else was booked and unavailable, and it would have cost us even more to find another place. We were tired and just needed to go to sleep. We appreciate the friendliness of the woman who helped us, but she seemed flustered and exhausted from dealing with everything. Not the warmest of welcomes, but she was trying her best to be helpful.
