“This adorable cottage attached to the main house was fabulous for my wife and I for 4 nights! It has a little kitchen, space heaters everywhere (us southerners can’t handle the New England winters like we used to!) and was very clean! We have never stayed in an attached rental before and I would say we would be open to exploring more because of our experience! ”

“The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary. “The studio was a lovely place to stay, and Beacon is a great home base for exploring the Hudson Valley! I was a solo female traveler and the studio felt very safe. The owners were prompt in answering questions and check in/out was a breeze. The studio was super clean and the steam shower was an added bonus! ”
