We are right near the Calcasieu point Landing where boat launching takes place. The view from anywhere on the Property is amazing. You can enjoy the outdoors or just put your feet up and relax in this very spacious house. If fishing is what you Love, this home has a Private Doc from which many fish have been caught. Types of fish typically caught redfish, specks, flounder, black drum, catfish and Many more. You can also crab or fish right in the back yard. Experience Relaxation on the spacious covered Decks. Our Lake house is a great location for canoeing or Kayaking. Also you will only be about a 12 minute drive from the Casinos.

This Lakehouse has an open floor plan from which you can take in the sunsets from many areas in the house. You can also watch the barges passing through, at Night time the barges are lit up and it is just breath taking and peaceful to watch. Underneath the house is a Entertaining area with spacious seating and sink area. Perfect for Crawfish boil, Crab Boil, Grilling or outdoor Cooking.

*Water is Supplied by Water Well
*Beds Sleep 6, but you have access to a air mattress in the Living Room if there is more people (Air Mattress is made to remain plugged in once in use. It will add more air as needed as long as its plugged in.)
*TV entertainment consist of over the air antenna and also Amazon Prime and Netflix
*Renters do not have access to the Boathouse Lift or Slip
*There are Security Cameras located on the outside of the property
