The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful in referring us to great restaurants. There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner. My only complaint is that they forgot to have bath soap. The containers were empty, luckily we brought some. Other than that, I would stay here again. I liked that the parking wasn't far from the building and convenient. Don't stay here expecting a great view because it's in a residential neighborhood, but if you want a place to stay and rest comfortably, it will meet your needs.

The night attendant who was working when we checked in was very helpful in adjusting our reservation. If she hadn't, we wouldn't have been able to stay there ... that would have been bad because we checked in at midnight. So, she saved our visit. Thank God there are still compassionate people out there.

Didn’t know the property was under renovation so it was dirty inside and before we left couldn’t brush our teeth or bath because the water was brown and seem like it smelled. Was hair on my face towel. Maybe it will be better after the renovations is over but don’t know if I’ll return to see.

Property is going through renovation which explains some of the issues. However - no remote in room. Asked for connector days in a row and was told there was no one there to program it. Shower body wash was empty. Had to ask for it two days in a row! Dirty laundry in the hallways! Not a very good first impression- will not use this facility again!

The room had a huge stain on the white sheets, there was a rotten apple in the restroom on the floor and the tub would not drain. I told the staff about it and nothing was done. DO NOT stay here!!!!!!

When we checked in we were not greeted properly. I want she greeted us and started to check us in, she began to talk to her coworker on side of her. She was talking about how the other customer requested to change the room several times and how it was her fault she had four kids. Definitely not a professional conversation to have in front of the customer who's checking into your hotel.

Girl at front desk was friendly, helpful and nice. Hallway carpet was stained with what looked like paint and bleach in spots. Room was clean and extremely roomy. There were 4 of us and we didn’t trip over each other. Was disappointed that hot tub was advertised but it was filled in.

Kiara at the front desk was delightful. She offered to help me if I had noise from the construction. She also helped with my toilet that clogged twice. I'm an elderly petite female that didnt flush anything that shouldn't be. Service at the desk and the small breakfast/ bar area was good. Breakfast food was good.

The fire alarm went off at 7am and the construction guys were hammer drilling and pounding nails all day. We were never told about this beforehand. The phone and alarm clock and the coffee pot did not work. Staff was nice and polite. Would go back after renovation as the price wasnt bad.
