“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”

“Conveniently located”

“This place was perfect with so many cool place to eat and great local bars within a short walk. It's also really close to downtown. Other than a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom I can't think of anything this place didn't have. I will definitely see if this place is available next time I'm in Atlanta.”

“The property was horrible! From check in to check out. Dirty. Remotes with no batteries or backs. Missing floorboards. A lizard in our bathroom, which we trapped under a trashcan and asked them to have maintenance come remove it but it was NEVER removed. We wiped the ledge because it looked and we were wondering if it was part of the “rustic/exposed earth” look we thought they were going for, nope, just thick Layers of good ole undisturbed dirt and dust. “Perfect home for a group of 7. Plenty of room, and there is even an extra room/office area if needed. Listing is accurate, home was clean, beds comfortable and the host was very nice and the communication was fast. Host was also upfront with minor cosmetic issues, but they absolutely did not take away from our stay. Other reviews mention the location not being the best, however we did not see an issue with it. The neighborhood was cute, and VERY quiet. Another review mentioned the train,……

“We had a total of 6 people that stayed, the rooms were perfect and plenty of room. Windows were great, the city sky line was beautiful at night. Balcony was perfect. The location was fantastic, easy to get to all attractions down town, felt remarkably safe, enclosed parking garage was perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”
