I booked this Super 8 with Expedia, and I specifically booked a "Pet Friendly" room.
When I got a text from Super 8 to check in online, it said they didn't allow pets and it would be a $250 cleaning fee, it they found out you had pets.
When I went to check in at the hotel, there was a sign that said "NO PETS". They looked over my reservation and put me in a pet friendly room, but wanted to charge me another $20 pet fee. When I booked it was clearly stated that I was booked in a pet friendly room at no extra charge.
In the end it was all cleared up and we stayed in a tiny room with our pet at no extra cost.
At check in the fee was dropped from $20 to $10, but I refused that and it was dropped all together.
It was an OK place for one night. The safety latch on the door was broken, I guess they figured we had a dog and that was protection enough.
Older hotel, but we had a comfortable sleep in the bed.
It is right beside the highway, which might bother some, but we slept OK.
In the end all was well, but it was a little frustrating with the pet policy? Not sure if it was Expedia or Super 8...
