“Very comfortable and visually striking place with lots of nice little touches (e.g., gorgeous hand towels in the bathrooms; premium soaps / toiletries). Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware and tools, though I would prefer a regular coffee maker to a Keurig. It was maybe a little dusty -- my allergies flared up after a day there, but I can't say for sure that it was the house, and everyone else in my group was fine. There was some difficulty / delay in getting the access details, but……

“We walked to trails. We drove a short way to other trails. Downtown was a short drive for eating and shopping. It was so perfectly located. Our stay in Mankato was comfortable and so enjoyable! ”

“We enjoyed our stay, we spent a few weeks. The property was everything we needed. We enjoyed the wildlife, rabbits, deer, lots of birds, frogs chirping at night, lightning bugs. A few flys, mosquitos were not bad, the frogs must eat well! Carl and Ann were great hosts, available but not intrusive. Highly recommended!”

“I was in town for a wedding and needed a place that allowed dogs. The owner was awesome and had multiple dog friendly items in the house. It was just 5 of us that ended up staying (and two dogs) but there was plenty of room for everyone including my 89 year old Mom who loved having her own main floor bedroom and bathroom. I love older homes and this one had a 3rd floor tucked away that would be perfect for kids. Beautiful birds eye view. The home was clean, well maintained, very quiet, and……

“Beautiful and secluded. Lots of space for activities. The beds exceeded expectations, towels for showers were plentiful. Private parking lot accommodated our six vehicles without issue. The kitchen was fully furnished. We did not need the additional kitchen tools that we brought ourselves. ”

“We were looking for a location near Mankato for our family to gather together and also to celebrate the New Year. We found the perfect location and the space was lovely! The 6 grandkids ages 2-9 loved the bunk room space and the lower level entertainment space! Ping pong, arcade, theater room, games, blue tooth speaker for dancing…it was all great! The kitchen and open dining area was lovely as well with the amazing view and windows facing the lake.the adjoining fireplace area was nice for……

“Just right for our needs. Located half way between the main business district and downtown so it is easy to get everywhere. It is located in a quiet neighborhood next to a park so it is peaceful and relaxing. ”

“Stayed here for an overnight down from Minneapolis and it was perfect. Walking distance to the venue and bars/restaurants/coffee shops. Apartment was clean, had the basic necessities, and was a good landing spot. Only issue was dead batteries in the tv remote, but we survived!”
