It was irony at work when we walked up to the "Vegas Baby" suite, as we had talked about a trip to Vegas for weeks peior. The patio overlooked Lake Delton, in all of its frozen glory! The views were amazing, and the service was just as nice. ”

“The hotel was super clean and the indoor pool areas were perfect for kids, especially young ones. The property seems well maintained and staff was nice. My only 2 complaints would be that the hallways smelled terrible of pot. We unfortunately booked our vacation the same weekend as automotion, so I'm not sure if it was from that or if it always has that problem. Our other complaint is the beds were horrible and we both woke up with bad back pain both mornings we were there. But, all in all……

“The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This……

“Breakfast bar is phenomenal. Beds are super comfortable and everything is very clean! I sometimes wake up with puffiness in my face, due to allergens & I didn't here! I also have very sensitive skin & had zero reactions to their soap. I am very impressed with this hotel! We utilized the gym, but not the pool or laundry as well. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because there was a terrible smell everywhere! In the hallways, lobby, & a different terrible smell in the gym & our room. I wish we……
