“Bed was super comfy. Grewt shower and loved the kevin murphy products. Breakfast was provided, super delish and convenient. Great value for money. Only thing, wifi would be amazing. Not sure if it was available but there was no mention of it.”
"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
