“Beautiful home surrounded by nature. Great communication with host. Although it seems isolated, there are neighbors within close proximity therefore must keep music to a minimal. Otherwise great for a quiet getaway.”

Fred and Wilma made sure we were well settled in and provided great company for our pooch. Home made jams and honey just added to the treat.Carolann is a great host, there when needed.. “We had a wonderful stay in this Magnificent Miramar bach. Loved the location, so handy to everything including Weta, the zoo, the airport, and only a few minutes to town. It was clean, had everything we needed, and very well organized, with some much appreciated extra touches like the 'handy hints' all around the apartment (which I loved as I didn't have to go hunting in a book to find all that info) and the treats on arrival! “We hired the property for a family get together. Everyone was impressed. The bedrooms are all a decent size. The outside deck, furniture & spa were spacious enough for all 8 of us. All furniture & fittings are of a very good quality. We used the communal tennis courts, trampoline and pool, which was a bonus as we didnt think it would be open. “Very local to the Airport, about 6 minute drive. Buses to the CBD and back literally stop outside. Very handy for the Weta workshop.Zelda was very communicative, and is slowly renovating the property, however don’t let that put you off.Our biggest complaint was the beds were a bit soft for our taste. ”

“We had the perfect base for our Martinborough visit. The bed was super comfortable, great shower and lots of hot water. Very well equipped with everything. Loved the space and inside/outside balance. 'Hot' tub (because we dialled the temperature down,) was a great relaxer at the end of a day of exploring and walking. We would happily stay again. Few things needed attention but property agents responsive to contact.”
