Located just north of Lake Como, guests of this 4-bedroom home will have access to the Lake Como Beach Association where you can enjoy a day of fun and sun on the sand or swimming in the clear blue waters. It’s also a great place to cast in a line in hopes of catching a fresh evening meal. If you strike out, you’re still in luck as you’ll find delicious local restaurants within walking distance of the home. It’s a lovely change of pace to leave the car behind for a change and explore this charming area on foot! When you’re ready to take things up a notch, head on over to downtown Lake Geneva for even more dining, shopping, and entertainment possibilities. Geneva Lake is waiting to host all your boating and watersport adventures, whether you’re taking a leisurely sunset tour of the lake or renting your own vessel to explore the shores yourself. It’s a natural playground with no shortage of things to do for visitors of any age!
When it’s time to retire from the day’s busy activities, head back to this private and secluded home away from it all and take a break in the cozy, inviting interior. The spacious living room offers a plush U-shaped sofa with ottoman, bathed in natural light from the large picture window. It’s the perfect place to kick up your feet and binge episodes of your favorite show on the smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals right at home, with ample counterspace offering a place for both dining and display. Gather together at the dining room table with seating for 6 alongside views of the peaceful outdoors, accessible through the sliding glass door. The deck overlooks the sizeable fenced-in back yard, with an available grill on hand for an afternoon barbeque. Ready for some friendly competition? Head down to the finished, walk-out basement where you’ll find a dart board and foosball table along with 2 additional lounge areas with their own TVs. Everyone will be able to find their own space to spread out and have the vacation of their dreams at Tulip Hill!
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #4 includes 1 full and 1 twin size bed.
The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• There are 8 chairs for the kitchen. 1 extra in the kitchen and one in a bedroom - The table is set for 6 in the photo. The table also has a leaf that expands it larger than it currently is in photos. There are folding chairs to put in the basement for additional seating if someone decides to expand the table.
• There is a fire pit.
• There is a boat launch at the beach association, it has a small fee and honor system box.
• There are parking passes for up to 2 vehicles available for the beach association.
• External Security Cameras at property: on lower back patio door, not recording. - Camera on garage/driveway, not recording. - Camera on back deck facing garage utility door, not recording.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
