My husband, two teenage kids, and I booked a room here through the Expedia app on the morning of our stay. Initially we had planned on checking in at 4pm since it was the hotels regular procedure. We ended up arriving much earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in about 2 hours early. I was also able to find a larger room to accommodate the 4 of us with 3 double beds, a closet to hang items, microwave, small fridge, TV, and plenty of lighting and ports to charge devices. Our room was on the ground level and we could open the windows a bit to get some fresh air and we could see our car in the parking lot. Unfortunately our TV was an older model so it wasn’t a smart TV so we were unable to sign in to our own streaming service accounts. It did have cable channels but we didn’t have a channel guide indicating the networks available.
Our toilet was dirty on both sides of the bottom and had dust and hair on it when we arrived from the previous guests. The shower was also backed up and clogged by the end of a shower. They had an indoor swimming pool, water slide, jacuzzi, a splash pad area for small children, seating, and clean towels. It was open from 6am to 9pm. They also had a small room with arcade games, a small gym room, coin operated laundry units on site, complementary hot coffee and tea in the lobby. They also had soft drinks and candy / snacks at the front desk available to buy.
