“Ud. como administradores de la plataforma no tienen retroalimentación con el dueño de lugar ni sabia que íbamos y según sus recomendaciones enviadas al correo no había necesidad de volverlos a contactar, ni siquiera me dejaron un numero donde contactarme con ellos, no se descargo el pago pero si me pidieron todos mis datos de la tarjeta hasta CVT, NO vuelvo a contratar con HOTELS, muy mala la articulación de la estadia.”

“El lugar es hermoso, la atención es 11/10. Son muy amables, serviciales, atentos, queridos, el lugar es muy tranquilo pero hay algo que nos inquietó y es que tienen unos perros rotweiller amarrados y son condiciones podrían ser mejores, es un lunar a la vista que no es muy agradable. Los animalitos deberían estar sueltos, de resto todo es excelente. ”

“El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar ”

“The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. We decided to leave there one day early from our scheduled departure date.”
