Best Pool Side Sunsets in Lake Havasu

This Luxury Lake Home with a Custom Pool is located just a few miles South of the London Bridge. It is just two blocks from Hwy 95 with easy access to all Launch Ramps, Restaurants, Gas Stations and Grocery Stores. This is a very nice home. If you are looking for a party pad, please keep looking. This home is in a nice quite neighborhood and I plan to keep it that way.
The best part about this home is the amazing pool. Its huge!!! One end has a beach entrance and the other has a huge shelf which is great for lounging with friends. The deepest part of the pool is 5 feet, so there is absolutely NO DIVING. While hanging out in the pool, enjoy a spectacular lake view backed by awesome Arizona Sunsets. Pool is not heated.
All the Furniture, Electronics, Accessories, Decor and Linens are nice and clean. It also comes complete with High Speed Wireless Internet. This House has a huge 40 ft Driveway for parking Cars, Boats, Jet Ski's, Toys, and it also has RV parking with 30 amp service.
The Living Room is complete with a High Definition 60' TV, Direct TV Satellite System, DVD Player, Ceiling Fan, Large Couch, and Leather Chase lounge.

The Kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook meals as if you were at home. It is well equipped with a Dish Washer, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Pots, Pans, Can Opener, Silverware and All Cooking Accessories.

The Master Bedroom is complete with a King Size Bed, 32 inch TV with Blue Ray player only (no satellite TV), Ceiling Fan and Private Bathroom. The Master Bathroom is complete with Two Sinks, a Private Toilet Area, a Huge Walk-in Tile Shower, and a Large Walk-in Closet.

The Second Bedroom is complete with a Queen Size Bed, Ceiling Fan and a Large Closet.

The Third Bedroom is complete with Two Twin Beds, Ceiling Fan, and a Large Closet.

The Laundry Room is complete with Washer and Dryer.
*There is no Garage Access at this property.
*The Pool and Spa are not available to heat at any expense during the summer months. Summer months are May thru September. Weekly pool cleaning is included in all rentals.

End of May vacation
This house is a perfect getaway for a family. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of things around. I will probably wait to go again a bit later in the year as the wind gave a chill. The lit up jacuzzi was perfect at the end of the day though. Just sit and watch the sunset. Perfection.

Deferred maintenance
Lumpiest bed I've ever slept in, so that was a huge downer. We have stayed at lots of rentals in Havasu, but this one would benefit from some maintenance...peeling paint, socket that didn't work, overall feel of a well used place. Location was great and view was great, so from that standpoint it was outstanding. Three stars and wouldn't return unless the place was brought up to snuff, not horrible, but just not ideal.

Easiest transaction I’ve had. Kyle helped make the experience as good as it could be. House was better than the pics. Only complaint was the bed frame in the master bedroom was broken and held up by random items. Not very comfortable.
