Queens Bay Resort condo located on the ground floor. Skip the lobby, stairs or elevator, to directly enter this corner condo right from the gated parking lot. A short walk to the London Bridge, English Village, Bridgewater Channel walkway, public golf course, Rotary Park, many restaurants and shopping. Located off the second hole of the Bridgewater golf course with lake and mountain views. Step out the back patio and around the corner to the resort pool with two spas. This corner unit has access to the grassy side yard with patio table and grill. Inside you'll find a newer remodel space with upgrade kitchen, appliances, cabinets and counter tops. Cable TV in living room and owner's suite. Wifi provided. Park your boat or toys in our gated, secure and covered parking lot. Covered parking is on a first come first served. Professional managed

Paradise in Havasu!

We absolutely loved our stay at Horton's condo. The downstairs location was very easily accessible, and only steps away from the pool, parking, and golf course. The condo was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property on Lake Havasu

This place is AMAZING! Beautiful views from the back patio, super clean and fantastic amenities. Gated community with plenty of room to park boats/jetski's etc. Lots of functional space and very welcoming. Loved the green tea shampoo and conditioner and the fact they provided some lemonade, propel and coffee. Super close to EVERYTHING, walking distance to great nightlife, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes to the personal watercraft boat dock. We will be back!
