DISCLAIMER: It gets windy in Lake Havasu and there are times where even after the pool technician or cleaner comes to the property the winds cause debris to fall onto the pool decking. We do our best to clean things up before guest arrivals but if this does happen, we do not provide refunds or compensation.

PETS
>$25/night per pet
>Must be paid prior to arrival. If found to have a pet without payment there will be a $200 fine

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
