Booked on Expedia and prepaid. Got to hotel to check in . they charged me an additional fee some sort of service fee. the price on Expedia should be the price … watch out for this place.

The property said they did not have a room for us for all nights, so they sent us to the Super 8 down the street. Super 8 has a lower rating, but took us in. The building has not been renovated since it was opened, possibly the 70s. Old, dirty as hell, ceiling falling off. I had to wear shoes in the room as the carpet was so bad.

First tried to charge me a credit card service fee when i told him all fees are included on expidea he tried to tell me it was in the fine print. I showed him the expidea sight proving him wrong he then made me wait to check in for 30 minutes. Definitely a scammer. Hotel was noisy.

Have a piece of plexiglass covering the window to the person at the front desk with a small opening so can’t understand or hear them at all. Told me I had to pay an eight dollar fee to stay there, wanted cash not credit card for the fee I’m assuming so you can’t dispute it. I told him it didn’t say anything about a fee on my reservation. The whole property is in very poor condition

Worst hotel in lake havisu

Very bad service the lady upfront has bad attitude for no reason was trying to check in and at first she said the deductible was going to be 40$ then went to 100$ then rasied it once again to 150$ in the beginning of the whole interaction the lady was willing to take card by the end of the interaction she was only accepting cash only. However I did book the room two days in advance and called the hotel to make sure that there wasn’t going to be any other charges when checking in and was told I was all good every is paid. But at the end of the day I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all it’s very sketchy and I wasn’t able to get the 108$ back so don’t take the loss stay elsewhere

I paid for 3 nights when I asked for service they were rude to me all I asked was for a fresh set of towels I also paid a $100 deposit I had a normal accident and they took my deposit I will never stay here again I didn't do anything wrong

It was amazing. Pet friendly too. Enjoyed staying at motel 6 in lake Havasu, great view of the water. Walking distance to places.

Rude Front Desk Lady

Front desk lady was unpleasant and rather rude to me. I used hotels.com and she started giving me attitude about getting a good rate on the hotel. Then she goes you didnt pay 16 dollars. I only pay what I am charged, thats not my fault. For some reason she added 16 dollars to my stay, still have no clue as to why, as she never explained the charge. To say the least, I was disgusted at being treated like this. I was going to stay longer but now I dont want to, because of this rude lady. The rest of the employees were very nice and the place is fine but this rude woman ruined the whole experience.
