Welcome to Lakeshore Village “Classic Condo”! This is a downstairs unit. *BONUS: it has 2 patios! This 672 sf 1 bedroom 1 bath cozy, cool and FUNctional! The finishes from the Ford tailgate to the “Classic” beach beauty art and more are sure to make you smile. Kick back and relax in this special one of a kind condo with care in every corner. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Things to note: Lakeshores central location offers easy walking to the Lake, Rotary Park, Aquatic center, Movie Theater, restaurants, the Bridge and more. Enjoy the convenience of onsite boat parking with launch ramp only 1.5 miles away. You have use of the entire condo, plus all the amenities including: heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, large picnic area with gas grille’s, laundry inside unit and kitchen essentials.
