“My sister and our spouses and children got away from DC for a long weekend. This place is a piece of paradise. We had six people in our group which is the right size for this house. We were outside almost the entire time, trying to fish/crab off the dock, sitting at the firepit, or going for a row in the numerous kayaks, canoe or paddle boat. Very peaceful neighborhood and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. Would highly recommended. Did not have any issues with the house and good……

“This home sits right on the water! It is beautiful! We watched ships roll by, ducks bobbing on the water, and flocks of geese flying and landing on the water. The view from both lower and upper decks are amazing! We spent lots of time on the decks even though it was cold - we just covered ourselves with blankets. “This place is amazing for a large family getaway! Pet friendly and kid friendly. There isn’t too much around the area, but having access to a pool, the boats and canoes, fishing/crabbing supplies, and the large living area made this perfect for our trip. Multiple rooms, multiple couches and multiple areas to play board games. “Nice little house if you are looking for an escape from the day-to-day bustle. Ideal if you want to hang out and read. Basic accommodations in a rural neighborhood. Not much to do in town, accept visit the lighthouse. Bay access is not far on foot if you want to launch a canoe or kayak. Our only gripe was that AC is listed as an amenity but there were no AC units. Maybe they are available in the summer, but it was hot for half of our trip (mid April) and we could have used AC.
