This has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed at. #I reason among many has to be extremely poor/horrible customer service! Starting from the top level with the GM Melissa who cared zero about customer satisfaction and had every excuse ready for all the deficiencies and things that were wrong . Made excuses for everything including not having hot water for 2.5 days and absolutely refused to comp those days because “she did all in her power to get that fixed”….it was my fault cause I accepted to stay, although I was never given the option to early checkout except once they called me to tell me I would be on their banned list due to “being rude and aggressive to the customer service rep at the desk.
That lady, also Melissa, felt “attacked” because myself and another guest both had concerns about the hot water not working on day 2; she had no answer! Told me to email her boss, cause “she JUST works here” and proceeded to call her boss crying because she said I verbally attacked her…..no loud voice, no profanity, just was persistent that I had two small children and no hot water to bathe them with.
The other minor stuff was, 1st room issued was out of order, 2nd room door lock didn’t work. Then, found wad of hair in shower from previous guest, so room no cleaned thoroughly. But let me reiterate, absolutely rude customer service with zero accountability for breach of contract when hot water was not provided for 2.5 days. Extremely disappointed guest!!
