“Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and neat. We enjoyed our welcome honey and honey soap gift. I absolutely loved the shower made me feel like I was taking a shower in the rain with the cob stones. Beautiful cabin and host were very welcoming and accommodating. ”

“My family had a great time here...me and my 7 year old played for hours in the creek on the rocks. There isn't much to do around town since there is still a lot of damage from Helene, we did go to Chimney Rock one day however it takes almost an hour because of detours. Also if your going to fish there isn't anywhere to fish again because of damage in surrounding areas. With all of that we still enjoyed much needed family time at the cabin which is wonderful the only thing I could say is maybe……

“The road to the cabin had been washed out so we could not get to it. The host offered to let us stay at another cabin they had which was unrented. We just paid more for cleaning and stayed there. The cabin was well supplied with everything you need. We loved it and really enjoyed staying there. We hope to stay there again sometime in the future.”

“We had an amazing weekend staying out here in Lake Lure. The house is close enough to all the necessities and restaurants around. The lake was still closed when we went, but that didn't detract from our time. There is still some river fishing and tons of beautiful views. The house itself was very cozy, the tub downstairs is massive if you like to take couple baths & the kitchen is stocked VERY well for cooking, and honestly it seems even some baking!
