“Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.”

“The Host Gary was so hospitable and gave us a thorough tour of the home. We felt comfortable and knowledgeable about where everything was and how to use the hot tub, pool, temperature. It was an easy drive into The Strip, and affordable for everyone who came. We purchased food and cooked it at home - a reminder to bring what you need for it! Loved that it had 2 fridges and freezers. The casita was great for those who wanted their own space. ”

“We were amazed by the house. It was is Bigband we had more than enough space (four persons). We enjoyed also the outside area. Although we would think about booking to heat the pool. Especially in the mornings and evenings it was quite cold (although ot was very hot during the day). Great kitchen for cooking. With a car you are in the city within 10 minutes. ”

“I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is……

“We had a large group of people needing a place to stay for a weekend in Las Vegas. Finding this spot was the best thing that could have happened for our group. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably and had more than enough room for a great time. Our host Nick was always available to help with anything we needed. He even offered to send an Amazon delivery for a few items I asked about. The location was perfect, just off the strip but close enough where it was very easy to get to both the……

“The house is really biiiggggg and clean, area wonderful ale very quiet, perfect for a big family and a lot of space. The pool and jacuzzi very clean, game room and bedroom excellent!!!!! Communication with hostess excellent…. “This property was so great for a relatively wild group! The rules sound scary but I promise they aren’t bad. There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). The place was so clean and organized and super easy to get to the strip. Linda was great! Check in requires you to meet up with the property manager and then follow her to the location but it’s fine because she’s great. Pool cleaners did come by……
