“The house was perfect for our last minute trip of 8 adults. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. The backyard was a great hangout for us to bbq and talk with each other. Although it was a little chilly, we did dip our feet in the pool. This house is perfect if you are tired of the strip and just want to lounge around with friends. ”

“The property was as described. My husband was wrestling at the USA Open Wrestling Masters and our family came as well - we loved the back yard. The pool, spa and play area was a hit for the adults and grandkids especially after being at an event all day. Inside the ping pong, fooseball and arcade game kept everyone just as busy. “Worked great for a reunion of 7 older guys. Game room was well used. Great location and the host was very responsive and helpful. Pool was the only disappointment and there were no beds or futons (unless you count normal couches) in the common areas. We would stay here again. ”

“We were a large family group aged 9 to 70 in town for a wedding. The property met our needs well and the outdoor space was a big hit with our group. Yje property is close to any amenities you will need and just a short Uber ride to the strip. The home is well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are very responsive and go out of their way to ensure your stay I’ll be a positive one! Highly recommend this lovely oasis in the heart of beautiful Las Vegas ”

“Lots to do on the property. The space is fun for adult couples or families with children. The proximity to the Strip is pretty nice, too. The only downside was the pretty pool and the bubbling whirlpool were both too cool to enjoy given the time we chose to visit. But again, there were lots of other fun things to do. ”

“The property was everything as advertised. Well kept and well appointed inside and outside. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. While there were just four in our group, the property could easily accommodate the allowable maximum allowed. Delta was very easy and professional to work with, and was very quick to respond to any questions. Also, the property is in a very upscale neighborhood, but very quiet as well. Look no further for a great indoor/outdoor experience.”

This house is spacious and had a big backyard for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The five bedrooms were great cause some of the kids bunked together while some got their own room. “Basic needs were covered. Quiet neighborhood with the river being close by. We need good internet connection for remote work. We were not able to work for lack of connection. Bring your own condiments and spices as those items were limited. The white towels could use some updating.”

“We chose this property based on the backyard and what it offered, hard to find a heated pool for spring trips. Everything worked with no issue, our stay was lovely. The home is older and could use some updating but that didn’t hinder our ability to enjoy where we were. Aaron was quick to respond anytime I sent a message. Thanks for letting us use your property!”
