“We needed an inexpensive place to stay and we got what we paid for. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was fine. Computer issues delayed our check-in and our keys. We could have used a small bar of soap with our sink. Fan in bathroom was noisy, toilet seat had gouges and water pressure was a bit much. But again, we get what we pay for. We can't remember whether or not there was morning coffee but we didn't see any. ”

“We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed ”
