“My husband and I discovered this little gem while making a last minute trip to Lake Murray. We were looking for something small, simple and quiet in an established neighborhood on the lake. The apartment offers all of the simplistic needs for a short vacation. The space was very clean, having all of the amenities needed for our stay. “The inside of the property was great but the outside was not in good shape. The back patio was covered with mildew, moss, and dirt. The thresholds were rotted and the door and window frames were dirty, rotting, and had mildew all over them. The grill had old ashes in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Lastly the front steps were nice but did not have a railing on them.”
