“Communication was immediate and excellent before the trip. Check in was simple. The place smelled and looked amazing. There was a kayak already there but we brought our own and out on the water we went. The week consisted of swimming off the dock, fishing off the dock while the boys took the boat out—- you can park the boat at the dock or up in the grass and reading on the dock. We did bring a canopy tent that we put up on the dock since it averaged 100 degrees before the humidity. We had all……

“Communication with Doran was always timely. The home was clean and spacious, beds were comfy for our tired bodies every night. Plenty of kitchen tools/pans for our needs. A couple of things weren’t fantastic, low water pressure, fridge got cold enough to be safe but barely, ice maker did not work and no ice cube trays, and master bed is a queen not king, but it was a great price for all it did have. If we had paid what most places were asking it would have been disappointing. I said you get what……

“This property was great. We really enjoyed the pool, since the entry to the lake was grassy and didn't have a beach. The provided kayaks and paddle boards are nice! I didn't realize that the house was on three levels, which created a little difficulty for mobility impaired people. Also, the dining room area is not air conditioned. We did have a small issue during our stay, but the owner responded immediately, and it was repaired very quickly. The lake is beautiful and was not overly busy. ……

“Stayed for a week while fishing on Lake Murray. Great location. Short drive to the lake, food and groceries. Did not use the outdoor area due to rain. The chargrill duo on the patio is only usable on the charcoal side. The gas side is nonfunctioning. We did enjoy sitting on the back porch. Screens and a small ceiling fan would make it even better. Ice maker doesn't work on the refrigerator and the water pressure in the sink is low,but the kitchen is nice. All the other appliances worked well.……

The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Chapin without the need to……
