“This is a good hotel. The staff are all very helpful and smart! I only stayed for one night and arrived late to check in. When they heard that i need to take some sky photos (for academic purpose), they proposed to offer me with a room getting a better view to shoot the sky. this is so warm and considerate. But at last i found that they balcony on the 2nd floor (open area) is in fact the best position to shoot photos. The sunset is so beautiful! Their room is tidy and clean and with all……

“The staff gave me their friendship. In the times I have shared in Ole-Ken, my daily coming and going was uplifting. I deeply enjoyed the handshakes with the smiles. The verbal greetings were always there with enthusiasm and sincerity. I do not need to go to Ole-Ken to be encouraged, to be comfortable, to be satisfied, but it always occurs. Asante sana!”

“The listing advertised wifi which was not available most of the time and when it was available, it was very weak and slow. The same can be said for the shower. Little to no hot water. Also, the picture in the listing is nothing like the room I was in. The picture showed a small refrigerator and in-room safe. Neither were present.”

“Excellent experience in rural Nakuru. This hotel has a retreat feel from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Wonderful and respectful staff. Excellent dinning options with good variety of local cuisine and fresh fruits + vegetables. Entire meal has a farm to table feel to it. Clean rooms though the shower hotel hot water regulation can be a bit finicky. Fantastic experience all round.”

“The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again.”

“The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant”

“This is an excellent property for short, and especially, long stays. The host is very helpful to guide us to the property and walked us through all the facilities the property can provide. There is an onsite staff through most of the day that provide the security and the convenience during our stay. It's worth all of the money we paid for the stay and I strongly recommend it to everybody.”

“Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. However, I will……
