“This home/cabin was perfect for our needs. Granted there were only two of us. Everything was fully functional and we had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The host was welcoming and friendly, and a good communicator. The only drawback for us was that the description says that it’s 15 minutes from “the lake “and we thought that was Lake Michigan. But it’s actually like Nebagamon. Lol. So the drive to Duluth is about 45 minutes and that put a bit of a cramp on our plans for sightseeing.……

“We had a great time staying at The Landing for a long snowmobiling weekend . Everything was just as described in the listing. Erik checked in with us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was all right and to see if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying at this vacation home. ”

“Our family really loved staying here! The house was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space for our 4 adults and two kids with lots of toys. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.The location was perfect for us to get to our favorite places such as OMC, Ursa Minor, Lake Superior Zoo, Love Creamery and shopping.It will be our first choice of booking when we come back to visit.”

“I wanted a trip to escape with my kiddos and be in nature!! This was exactly that. We enjoyed every minute and the best part was we were left alone. There was enough dishes for a family of 4. Theres a microwave, small toaster oven (I thought I could make puzza and you have to 4th the pizza to do so), there's a grilling grate, so we brought tin foil for burgers; super good. “Great location with many trails. Cute cabin— and looks more spacious when in person! You can hear the birds singing and trees swaying and its nothing but peaceful. You can see the stars at night. It was just wonderful.”

“It was 3 great days, being quiet but active. going between hiking and table games and cards. The lake pulled us back to its shores at least 3 times. and the light when we woke up was special. The trip to the out house gave me a star show that I had not seen since my last BWCAW trip. We both enjoyed are time and was glad to have a full day friday, even though we need to be home for Saturday morning. ”
