Pubic hair on floor in bathroom Dark hair in the sink The bathroom trash bin was filthy Complimentary hygiene items were dirty The surfaces were dirty and dusty The refrigerator buzzed all night The paint was peeling The conduit running above the door to the adjoining room had rust that showed through the paint. The pictures of the room I booked were of a lovely, clean room, which I was excited to stay in for 2 days. When I arrived, however, the room was nothing even close to what was advertised. The door to the room was broken and could not be closed. I slept with the door cracked open and locked via chain bolt. The air conditioning unit was covered in dirt, rust, and grime, as was the rest of the room and all of the furnishings. There was mold and water damage on the walls, doors, and ceiling. The smoke detector had been ripped from the wall and not replaced. The toilet paper holder had also been ripped from the wall, but was left, wall plaster included, laying on top of the toilet along with a used roll of toilet paper. The shower was so covered in brown ick that I couldn’t even wash the dirt of the room off of me. I slept, fully clothed and on top of the covers, for fear of being infested with bed bugs or bacterial infection. I stayed one night because I had no choice, but I checked out the very next morning, halfway through my intended stay. The hotel denied my request for a refund for the stay and I have filed a claim with Expedia through the insurance company that covered my stay. I wish I could attach all of my photos and videos here. They would shock you. The ONLY redeeming quality was that the receptionist was kind in person. But that does not even remotely make up for the rest. Several of my friends stayed at this hotel and had nearly identical feedback.

Flies all in room had to kill them to even use bathroom. Appears the sheets were not changed my wife and I started itching and I pulled sheets back there were bugs I threw sheets on floor and left. Mold on cieling and the ac housing is broken there is much more than just this to write about don’t stay at this location .. stay away

Had to switch to 3 rooms the 1st had fresh blood on the mattress pad that u could see thru the sheets ,2nd room smelled really bad and was dirty and the 3rd was dirty but had no choice to stay as no refund . Kids hanging out by the room that apparently lived there absolutely the worst place ever . So disgusting would not recommend at all . The front desk girl was super nice but other than that horrible Shoukd have slept in the car .

Rooms were ok. The drawers on furniture wouldn’t stay closed. Pillows were lumpy. We did have 1 that wasn’t lumpy. Fire alarm was in drawer. Air conditioning made a door squeaking sound when it would shut off. Had to ask for bulbs for lamps and some plugs didn’t work. Service was friendly and check was great. I didn’t get photos I have already left
